Do I need to be techy to use BossFlow?
No, but there is still a learning curve. BossFlow is built to make the process easier with guided settings, training, and support so you are not trying to figure everything out alone!
Is BossFlow like Shopify, Etsy, or Wix?
BossFlow gives you your own website and online store, but it is built on WordPress and WooCommerce. That gives you more flexibility and room to grow without needing a paid app or add-on for every little thing you want your store to do.
What is included with my BossFlow membership?
Your membership includes your BossFlow site, online store tools, managed hosting, access to store settings, customer and marketing tools, training, support, and access to available BossFlow features as they roll out.
Will my monthly/yearly rate stay the same?
Yes, your founding member rate stays locked in while your account stays active. The only exception would be if your store grows to the point where it requires dedicated hosting, custom server resources, or a setup outside of the standard BossFlow plan. If that happens, we will communicate it to you so you know your options!
What will the regular price be?
After founding member pricing closes, the regular BossFlow plan will be $79/month until we launch phase 3.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! You can connect your own custom domain to your BossFlow site or purchase one through BossFlow! Domain setup help may also be available as an add-on or included with select VIP setup packages.
Do I have to buy a domain right away?
No. You can start with your BossFlow site address and connect a custom domain later when you are ready.
Can I move my products from another platform?
Yes. If you already sell on Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Square, or another platform, you may be able to move products into BossFlow using a product export file. We also offer a VIP product import package if you want help with this!
What if I have a lot of products?
BossFlow can support larger product catalogs, but the setup depends on how clean your product data is. Clean product files are much easier to import. Messy files, missing images, complex variations, or personalization fields may require extra cleanup or a custom quote.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your BossFlow membership anytime. Your site and tools remain active while your subscription is active.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
If you cancel, your BossFlow site access and hosting will end after your active billing period. You may request export options where available, but BossFlow is a hosted platform and your live site stays active only while your subscription is active.
Do you offer refunds?
BossFlow offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on the monthly membership. If you log in and realize it is not the right fit, you can request a refund within 7 days of your first payment.
Are domain purchases refundable?
No. Domain purchases are generally non-refundable once purchased or registered.
